We look for artists who have spent time developing their vision and have accomplished a set of deeply felt artworks. Any subject, any style, and any technique are welcome!

In addition, winners may participate in interviews and will be published to our social media and web sites.

Eligible Artwork
All subjects are honored.  All techniques are honored.   Artworks must be two-dimensional (2D).   Entries may be paintings, drawings, one-of-a-kind prints, collages, quilts, fiber works, mixed media or other two-dimensional works.   Digital works are not currently accepted.  Photographs that are one-of-a-kind and are combined with other non-digital materials are eligible.    Works that have previously won cash awards in another juried exhibition are not eligible.    We accept artworks created in the past ten years (2014-2024).  There is no size limit because there is no shipping involved.

• You are passionate about your artwork and your vision.
• You want to belong to an art organization that will be loyal and continuously promote winners.
• You have devoted years to expressing your ideas visually but feel that your work is not yet fully appreciated. 

Selection Process
​The Soul of Artists team consists of experts in the visual arts, art history, literature, film and theater.   Winners will be determined by consensus of at least 4 experts from the Soul of Artist’s team.   Jurors will make the initial selection of finalists and will notify all finalists via email.   Jurors will then review and discuss all finalists' applications and images again in order to make a final decision on winners and runners-up.   Winners and runners-up will be notified.   All finalists, runners-up and winner's will have at least one of their works published as part of the online exhibition.  

Publication of winners
Finalists and winning artists will be posted to the Soul of Artists website and social media sites.
