Artwork Eligibility
What Kind of Art is Eligible:
Image: High-quality, well-lit images only. Crop to cut out background and provide only the artwork in the image. Digital image files must conform to the requirements as listed on the CaFE site The maximum file size is 5MB. Photo sizes of at least 3MB are recommended, but not required, in order to ensure sufficient quality and detail for the jury process.

Winners, runners-up and finalists will be posted to the Soul of Artists online exhibition, website and social media sites. All artists retain right of ownership over their work and can display and promote it at their own discretion.

Artwork Eligibility
What Kind of Art is Eligible:
- All subjects and techniques are honored and will be considered.
- Must be original two-dimensional (2D) works. Mediums include but not limited to:
- Painting
- Drawing
- Mixed media
- Fiber and quilt art
- One-of-a-kind prints
- Collage
- Story/picture books
- Work in any material which is primarily 2D in orientation - Ceramics, plastic, bronze and a multitude of sculptural materials are OK, as long as the end result is primarily 2D
- Feel free to email us if you aren’t sure if your work fits into our definition of 2D [email protected].
- Work must have been created between 2015–2025
- Art that has previously won cash prizes in other juried contests is not eligible
- No size limits, No shipping— this is an online exhibition
- No digital-only art at this time
- Photography that has not been manually reworked into one-of-a-kind artwork
- Any artwork that is not primarily 2D in orientation

- Global call - Artists from every country and culture are invited to submit
- Artists at every career stage are welcome
- Past winners of $2000 Soul of Artist awards are not eligible to apply again
- Runners-up from the Soul of Artists 2nd International online exhibition are not eligible in this round
- All other past entrants (Including runners-up from our 1st International online exhibition) -- please apply again!
